1:top I live outside Bristol, can I still use this service?
Even though our main service sector falls within the boundaries of Bristol we do accept both Clients and Candidates who operate up to an hours drive from Bristol City Centre.
2:top Who are 'Candidates' & 'Clients'?
We commonly refer to Job applicants or those searching for a job, as Candidates. Individuals or Companies that are searching for people to fill a position are described as Clients. Question

4:top How do I send my CV?
If you are sending it for the first time, click on Log In / Register and select 'Join now to become a Candidate'. Fill in your details. When you get to the 'CV' box, you can paste your CV across from your Word processing package, or upload it directly using the 'Browse' button to navigate to it. When you have finished click 'Submit'. 5:top My details have changed. How can I update them? Log in using your username and password. Select the 'Edit Details' tab, make your alterations and click 'Submit' when you are happy. If you want to send your whole CV again, you can either upload it directly to the site using the 'Edit CV' tab or paste the changes across to the 'CV' box in 'Edit Details'. Question
6:top What should I do if I forget my password?
Simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the Log In / Register page, enter your e-mail address and postcode and your account details will be sent to you. Alternatively, call us on 0117 9086690 and we can retrieve your details for you.
